Order cancellations are only possible before the order has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately with your order number. Once we confirm your order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and arrange a refund of your payment. Please note that once an order has been picked up by the courier and tracking has been activated, cancellation is no longer possible and the standard sales policy applies.
