Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your EMS tracking number. You can use this number to track your package in real time on the EMS website (www.ems.post) or your local postal service's tracking page. If your tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days after dispatch, please contact us with your order number and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf. Please note that tracking updates can sometimes be delayed by 24–48 hours after dispatch.
